2. Listings
Businesses can register for a free listing in the directory. LocalTrades reserves the right to refuse, modify, or remove listings without notice. Listings must be accurate and not misleading.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Premium listings are available through a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Mollie. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Liability
LocalTrades is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the website. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of information on our website or contacts with listed businesses.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on LocalTrades.pt, including text, images, and design, is the property of LocalTrades unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
